Understanding and Activating the Great Turning

These practices are in service to individuals whom would like a safe space to own and honor our responses to the state of the environment, of our political system, and of the social movements.
We gather to cultivate our ability to take heart in the face of uncertainty, and to transform our grief into empowered action.

Practices include "the work that reconnects"

Swordform Arts Series - Session One
Power vs Force: The Unbreakable Yin

The rain wears down mountains.  The glacier carves canyons.  The ocean turns rock to sand.  At rest, one can perceive far more detail than when running.  From stillness, one can be much more swift to act.  The softness of spider's silk is far stronger than the brittle hardness of a cord.  Can you break a strip of cloth as you might break a strip of wood?

Discover the Ancient way of applying the principles of natural flow to uncover the secrets of true strength.  Learn to move from your center, and allow power to emerge in your movements.  Extend this sense of gentle power through your body, and outside of it, experiencing its effect on the spaces and objects around you.
