Core Competency Assessments

1) Take a full, accurate assessment of your incompetencies, your competencies, the areas/skills that you are really competent at, and where your genius lies.
2) Dedicate some time to exploring your genius.
3) Look honestly at how much of your life energy and attention you are spending on your incompetencies and begin delegating the responsibility for these areas.
