Your vision
This is the purpose of your involvement in the business that you have chosen, in the market, working within the niche that you have chosen. Your vision must be an expression of what you truly want in order to be fulfilling. Step one is the vision because this addresses a fundamental aspect of life, the "Why." Once you are clear on why you are choosing to create what you after, we have more of your internal resources to draw from. We can access more integrity, mindfulness, and purpose when times get rough.
Where you are now
Grounding your vision within the context of what is now empowers us to see the gap, to see what needs to be bridged clearly. Honest assessment of what is is a catalyst to forward momentum. Through the use 360 degree feedback we get more variance in perspective, which provides us opportunities to see what may have previously been hidden.
Building the bridge
We want to know how easy it can be to get where you are going. Lets not stand at the edge of the tornado pushing against the flow with the mantra that "it takes hard work to succeed." If there is a calm center of the storm that will facilitate ease and grace in moving forward, lets give the priority to where it will really count.
Sometimes it just means raising how much we value our own time and energy to facilitate radical shifts in how effective we are.
