Organizational Culture Change

Introduction

The implementation of techniques from the front lines of the community building and coaching worlds may act as a foundation for organizational culture change, collaborative action, and the shift towards sustainability in the office.

In my work I am finding that many socially responsible organizations are seeking the cultivation of thier culture, especially as it relates to sustainability. We find that by drawing from experiential exercises and activities, the knowledge and learning that are available just by being a part of any organization can be better assimiliated and integrated.

Gifted facilitators offer experiential workshops throughout the world, evoking experiences that enhance team morale, company culture, personal responsibility, enhanced recognition of the interconnectedness between each individual and between the individuals and the whole. This means that people whom work together begin to experience work as a sort of a "coming home" - where thier co-workers are both truly seen for the valuable beings that they and that there is a sense of unity that is strongly sought in the industry.

People know strong organizational and group culture when they see it. Many professionals yearn to evoke this quality in thier work life, longing to experience a sense of meaning and purpose that is personally resonant with thier inner world; thier core values, thier personal work ethic, thier direction and sense of alignment with it.

What most of us dont know is that the evokation of this quality in the workplace does not mean that our organizations will stop thriving financially. Much in contrast to the modern worldview around business, these business models are thriving, bringing diversity and integrity through the quality of the relationships within the organization and its interface with the public. These organizations are creating an experience for their clients, one that is often both memorable and on some level, fulfilling.

Possibility

Lets wonder about the possibility together for a moment...

How easy and fun can it be to completely transform the nature of ones business life? To evoke a sense of family and camraderie?

What is the difference between an organization which is micro managed and one in which individuals are empowered to take on more and more responsibilty?

How does this affect morale? Compassion between individuals?

What does it mean for the persons whom wield the authority to bring compassion, awareness, and empowerment directly into thier relationships with the other workers?

How can one individual take initial steps towards having a workplace that truly thrives?

Right now there are thousands of indivuals worldwide joining this inquiry and implementing innovative ideas and strategies within this inquiry.

Join us in creating the next wave of thriving businesses, I invite you into collaboration...
